Join Our Interim Task Force to Improve Health Equity Through Data

The Linn Benton Lincoln Health Equity Alliance (LBLHEA) and the Mid Willamette Trans Support Network (MWTSN) are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Interim Data Quality Improvement Task Force focused on advancing health equity through better data collection, usage, ownership, and sharing.

This initiative is a key part of the Inclusion, Diversity, Anti-Racism, and Equity (IDARE) priority of the Regional Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), a collaborative effort shaped by community voices. The Task Force’s work aligns with Goal 3: Improve Data Quality—a goal centered on community engagement, transparency, and trauma-informed approaches.

This Task Force will guide processes that honor community wisdom, protect against data exploitation, and build healing-centered data practices.

Folks from diverse and underrepresented communities are encouraged apply. This work affects everyone, so we invite applicants of all backgrounds and experience levels. If you're looking to learn new skills, know that support and training for our task force members will be provided.
